Tactile Design Co. is growing its team and seeking a Junior Market Research Assistant. This is an entry-level role (minimal experience required), excellent for anyone wanting to break into the market research field and be mentored closely by someone who built a business doing just that!

We help companies with online audiences (think large social media followings or email lists) to research, strategize, design, and profitable sell online courses and programs. We guarantee results for our clients, and we’ve never missed the mark.

Your day to day work will primarily focus on recruiting research participants, loading surveys, and taking notes during research interviews/UX testing.

This position is a part-time, contract, and fully remote role. There is the opportunity to advance to full-time for the right person within the year.

We’re a fast-growing team with lots of projects, but that doesn’t mean we’re bad with boundaries, and you won’t find any “do whatever it takes” or “work til you drop” mentality around here. We want your best, so we want you at your best.

Lots of opportunities for you to fit “life” into this role as long as duties are performed. No set hours other than scheduled meetings. We operate 9-5 M-F during Pacific time and close down for the last two weeks of December every year.

We’re also creating some incredible freelancer development programs for the world. As a member of our team, you’ll get access to them all.

Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who loves to find answers. You’re detail-oriented, communicative, and a tech-savvy digital native who knows how to =SUM and pivot table. You’re not afraid to post on social media and send DMs if you have to in order to find research participants.
