Tactile Design Co. is growing its team and seeking an Administrative Assistant to help us keep our projects on track.
We help companies with online audiences (think large social media followings or email lists) to research, strategize, design, and profitable sell online courses and programs. We guarantee results for our clients, and we’ve never missed the mark.
Your day to day work will primarily focus on loading content into various online tools like Active Campaign, Constant Contact, Later, and WordPress; sending invoices; managing our founder’s schedule in Acuity Scheduling and Google Calendar, occasionally taking notes during meetings, and managing our project workflow in our project management software ClickUp.
This role has the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager role as we grow, for the right candidate. Starting at up to 10hrs/week. Compensation DOE, approx $20-$30/hr.
Lots of opportunities for you to fit “life” into this role as long as duties are performed. No set hours other than scheduled meetings. We operate 9-5 M-F during Pacific time and close down for the last two weeks of December every year.
